Ring Of Honor looks like they’re going to be breaching out into WWE’s backyard in a big way. Sinclair CEO Chris Ripley told the Baltimore Biz Journal that ROH has intentions of running a show in Madison Square Garden sometime next year.

He wasn’t very specific about when it would go down but he did say 2019 is the expected year so they could start planning this event soon enough. ROH has run plenty of shows in the NYC area before but this one could be their loudest shot.

He said they’re working on improving their television presentation as well. Sinclair owns a ton of television stations around America so they have the bankroll to put on a great product.

It’s interesting to note ROH could be running MSG in the same year WrestleMania also takes over that same area. They obviously want to create some buzz for themselves off the heels of All In’s success which the two could be closely related.
