WWE Scouting Another Top Indie Wrestling Star

WWE is never done looking to add to their huge roster and nothing was different over WrestleMania weekend.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE was scouting at the Shimmer event the day before Mania. Tessa Blanchard, daughter of Tully Blanchard and step-daughter of Magnum TA was said to be a stand-out performer. You also might remember her from the Mae Young Classic where she lost an opening round match to Kairi Sane which received great reviews.

There have been rumors about Blanchard’s attitude backstage but Meltzer noted she cut a promo at an indie show a couple months back where she addressed the attitude issues she’s been hearing about so things could be changing for her.

At only 22-years-old, Tessa has a lot of time left in the business and she might be getting another good look from WWE.
