As noted earlier today, WWE officially announced they are discontinuing brand-exclusive pay-per-view events and all PPVs moving forward will be dual-branded.

WWE also made a few changes to the original pay-per-view schedule. Payback, that was previously scheduled to be held on May 27, has been removed from the line up. Also, WWE decided to drop the WWE Battleground event as well.

The company also decided to move two events. Extreme Rules was initially scheduled to be on September 16, but it has been moved up to July 15 and. Hell in a Cell, which was originally on September 30, has been moved to September 16.
