According to @WrestleVotes, the Twitter account that has broken several top stories in the past, the reason WWE is doing multi-person matches at both the Elimination Chamber and Fastlane events is an attempt by the company to “keep fans guessing” as to what’s in store for WrestleMania.

“Texting w/ WWE source this morning…interesting note. The reason both PPVs prior to Mania have multi man main events (12 total guys) is to “keep the fans guessing” as to what’s in store for WrestleMania. It’s a different thought process, not sure it’s necessarily working however”

The main event for Elimination Chamber will see Roman Reigns vs. Finn Balor vs. Seth Rollins vs. Elias vs. John Cena vs. The Miz vs. Braun Strowman and the Fastlane event will feature AJ Styles vs. Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn vs. Baron Corbin vs. Dolph Ziggler.
