Backstage Heat Between Brock Lesnar & Braun Strowman?

As seen at Sunday’s Royal Rumble event, Brock Lesnar delivered legitimate punches to Braun Strowman’s head during the WWE Universal Title match and many were speculating that there could be heat between the two WWE Superstars.

Dave Meltzer discussed the incident on today’s installment of Wrestling Observer Radio and confirmed that there is no heat between the two, despite the shoot punches that Lesnar threw at Strowman. Meltzer explained how if there was heat between the two, Brock would not be working with Braun and Brock wouldn’t continue to put him over with the allowed spots in their matches & segments.

“If Brock wants to eat you alive, he will eat you alive,” says Meltzer.

Meltzer also mentioned that the company has been protecting Strowman and will continue to do so because Strowman is money.
