Matt Hardy Not Giving Up on “BROKEN” Trademark

It appears that Matt Matt isn’t giving up with the trademark rights to the “BROKEN” Matt Hardy character.

According to PWInsider, Matt has submitted new information for the trademark — this includes a poster featuring him as “BROKEN” Matt for a CWF Mid-Atlantic Wrestling show during his “Expedition of Gold” tour.

The USPTO previously refused registration due to failure to “identify and distinguish applicant’s services from those of others and to indicate the source of applicant’s services.”

Additionally, Hardy has added an IP Lawyer based in Nashville, Tennessee for help in registering the trademark.
