* Dark match: TM61 (Nick Miller & Shane Thorne) over Steve Cutler & Wesley Blake.

* William Regal announces that the vacant NXT Women’s Championship will be filled in a Fatal Four-Way at NXT TakeOver: Houston. Kairi Sane has the first spot. We will find out the other three competitors tonight.

* SAnitY out and calls Undisputed out. They say that the only thing that matters is chaos and he’ll take Adam Cole to the brink of sanity.

* Lars Sullivan defeated Oney Lorcan. After the match, Lars goes to beat Oney down but Danny Burch makes the save.

* Heavy Machinery defeated Demetrius Bronson & ???.

* Liv Morgan defeated Vanessa Borne.

* Kassius Ohno defeated Fabian Aichner.

* Adam Cole defeated Eric Young. Before the match, Cole cuts a promo asking how NXT ever got along without him and his pals and hammering home the idea that they are Undisputed and this is their era.

October 4th

* Nikki Cross & Ruby Riot defeated Billie Kay & Peyton Royce.

* Aleister Black vs. Lio Rush. The match never starts because The Velveteen Dream attacks Lio.

* Kairi Sane defeated Aliyah.

* Drew McIntyre (c) defeated Roderick Strong to retain the NXT Championship.

October 11th

* NXT Women’s Championship Qualifying Match: Peyton Royce defeated Liv Morgan and Nikki Cross.

* Velveteen Dream defeated Lio Rush.

* Lars Sullivan defeated Danny Burch.

* Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) over ??? & ???.

* Andrade “Cien” Almas vs. Johnny Gargano.

October 18th

* NXT Women’s Championship Qualifying Match: Ember Moon defeated Ruby Riot & Sonya Deville.

* Aleister Black defeated Raul Mendoza. VD was at ringside wearing Black’s vest and taunting him throughout.

* Kassius Ohno defeated Cezar Bononi.

* Undisputed vs. SAnitY ends in disqualification when the Authors of Pain run in and beat SAnitY down.
