WWE SmackDown Live Results – September 12 2017

Sin City SmackDown will feature a rare appearance from Vince McMahon, as well as a United States Title defense from AJ Styles!

Welcome to SmackDown Live, emanating from Las Vegas!

Vince McMahon comes to SmackDown Live for the first time in years to address the situation between Shane McMahon and Kevin Owens. It’s unclear if Shane will be on tonight’s show, considering he was suspended last week by Daniel Bryan, but with Vince there I would expect him to appear. What will Vince have to say about the two? We he make a match between them? Or will he look to move Shane back to Raw? We’ll find out soon as Vinny Mac opens SmackDown Live.

AJ Styles will defend the United States Championship tonight against Tye Dillinger for the second week. Styles defeated Dillinger last week in a quick but competitive match, and Styles liked Tye’s moxy. The two will face off again tonight and this time hopefully Baron Corbin doesn’t attempt to interfere.

Elsewhere on tonight’s show, Natalya squares-off against Naomi for the Women’s Championship. This is a big test for Natalya as she faces the always-game Naomi, who she won the belt from. Natalya will also have to keep one eye open for Carmella, who had a super weird week with James Ellsworth. Will Miss Money In The Bank look to cash-in, or will she wait until a more ample opportunity? Let us know what you think in the comments!

That’s the preview for this week’s SmackDown Live. Remember to join in the conversation on the Ringside Talk app and enjoy the show!
