Block 2:
Taz says he was surprised by the way Bayley was booed out of the building in Toronto last night, and he was even more surprised by the way Bayley reacted to the boos. It was evident to Taz that Bayley was shook up by the lack of sympathy, especially since she’s going to be out of action for a while with an injury, and reacted in a sarcastic ‘heelish’ way.
He doesn’t think that Bayley’s character should have reacted that way, and that reaction is something you’d expect to see from someone like Sasha Banks or Charlotte instead. Obviously, Bayley wasn’t expecting to get that reaction and she was ad-libbing on the fly without really thinking about how her character should or shouldn’t react in that situation.
A listener calls into the show and points out that Bayley had her hair down for the first time on RAW last night, and she appeared to be slightly more angered than usual. He believes that WWE might be starting to build some frustration in her which will lead to an eventual heel turn, perhaps on her friend Sasha Banks. Taz thinks that could be a legitimate option that WWE could be considering.
Another listener calls into the show and asks Taz where he thinks Roman Reigns is headed after SummerSlam. Taz says that Reigns is always going to be in the main event picture because they have so much money invested in him and he’s one of the top guys in WWE right now. Whether you love him or you hate him, the guy is over.
