Speaking about the recent Enzo Amore controversy, Ryback says that he has met Amore and he’s definitely not the same guy backstage as he is in the ring. Ryback also says that Roman Reigns is a pretty chill guy, so something must have went down that day for Reigns to kick Amore off of the bus.
He adds that there is often a lot of alcohol consumed on those bus rides during long tours, and this was probably a part of what went down that day. He continues by saying these types of things aren’t a big deal, but they often get blown out of proportion.
Ryback says he thought John Cena died when Nakamura dropped him on the back of his neck during Smackdown Live last week. He says it was an absolutely brutal bump, and he was instantly concerned for Cena’s health. He adds that it’s very tough to take backdrops and if you’re not used to them they can be very difficult and dangerous.
Although some people still think that there’s heat between him and Cena, Ryback says that he’d never want to see anyone get hurt and that spot legitimately concerned him.
That sums up this week’s episode of Conversation with the Big Guy. You can listen to the show yourself anytime here, and I’ll catch ya next week for another recap!
